This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of Vendda's Legal Terms and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Legal Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Your continued use of our Services implies your acceptance of these Legal Terms.

(a) Use of our Services, including our online platform and related tools;
(b) Content (forms, materials, consent tools, comments, posts, and all other content available through the Services).
WHO WE ARE
We are Vendda ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a technology company registered in Nigeria. Vendda operates an online platform and provides services aimed at helping businesses create personalized storefronts, manage stores efficiently, and access valuable analytics.
USE OF THE SERVICES
By using Vendda's services, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws in Nigeria, including, but not limited to, the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), Cybercrimes Act and other regulations.
Prohibited Activities:
- Unauthorized Data Collection: Do not systematically retrieve or copy data or other content from Vendda's services for any purpose, including compiling databases or directories, without our express written permission.
- Spamming & Unauthorized Access: You may not collect user details or send unsolicited communications, create fake accounts, or impersonate other users to access information unlawfully.
- Interference with Security: Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with security measures in the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Deceptive Behavior: You must not mislead Vendda or other users, especially when attempting to access sensitive account information like passwords.
- Automated Tools: Engaging in automated activities such as using bots, data mining tools, or scripts to interact with the platform without our permission is prohibited.
- Harmful Behavior: Any form of harassment, threats, or intimidation directed at Vendda staff, agents, or other users is forbidden.
- Fraudulent Use: Do not use Vendda's platform or content for unauthorized commercial endeavors, or in competition with us.
- Hacking & Exploits: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate Vendda's systems or any software involved in the Services is a violation of this policy.
- Content Violations: You must not upload or transmit harmful material such as viruses or malware, engage in excessive spamming, or use the platform in a way that disrupts the experience for other users.
- Illegal Activity: Vendda must not be used to violate the law of the country you are using it from or infringe upon the rights of others.
CONSEQUENCES OF POLICY VIOLATIONS
If you violate this Policy, Vendda reserves the right to take action, which may include:
- Issuing a warning or directly suspending or terminating your account.
- Pursuing legal action or notifying law enforcement if necessary, especially if there is a risk to public safety or potential criminal activity.
We exclude liability for any actions we may take in response to breaches of this Policy.
