Payment, Return & Refund Policy

1. Payment Policy
1.1 Payment Method
Vendda operates a Prepaid Payment System. Buyers are required to make full payment online through the vendor’s storefront at the time of placing an order. Funds are held securely by Vendda until the order has been successfully delivered and confirmed.
1.2 Order Fulfillment and Confirmation
Once an order is placed and payment is received:
- The seller can view the earnings as “Pending” on their Vendda dashboard.
- Vendda confirms that the product has been delivered before proceeding with payout.
1.3 Payout Timeline
Once an order is marked as “Completed” (i.e., delivery is confirmed and verified by Vendda), the vendor’s earnings will be automatically transferred to their registered account within 24 business hours.
Note: The time between when an order is placed and when it is marked as completed must be at least 24 business hours. This window allows Vendda to:
- Verify that the order was fulfilled
- Receive any customer feedback
- Ensure transaction integrity before releasing funds
Important Notes:
- No payouts are processed on weekends or public holidays.
- Orders confirmed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1 Flexible Seller-Defined Policy
Vendda empowers each vendor to define their own return and refund policy. While Vendda does not enforce a unified platform-wide return structure, we provide mediation support when necessary to ensure fair outcomes.
2.2 Return Policy Guidelines
Vendors may accept or decline return requests based on:
- Product type
- Condition
- Warranty coverage
Common grounds for return include:
- Damage during transit
- Tampering
- Buyer dissatisfaction
2.3 Shipping Fee Responsibility
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Responsibility for return shipping costs may be:
- Fully borne by the seller
- Shared between buyer and seller
- Fully covered by the buyer
Vendors are required to clearly communicate their return shipping policy to buyers.
3. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, Vendda will act as a neutral mediator to support a fair resolution.
- Both parties may be required to provide supporting evidence such as:
- Delivery confirmations
- Communication records
- Product photos
Vendda aims to resolve all disputes efficiently, transparently, and fairly to maintain trust across the platform.
4. Policy Changes
Vendda reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. All updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Vendors are encouraged to review policy changes periodically to stay compliant.
